| True micro feeder
There
is a powder feeder named gmicro feederh using the principle of feed principle
of local fluiding type in TSVfs former products. It feeds powder that has low
fluidity to goal 100mmg-1g/min. through plastic tube with 4 millimeter in diameter.
This feeder was produced for microplasma spray apparatus at the beginning, it
makes thin film about 10micron by using powder about 1 micron. Although we were
wondering it deserves or not to be named gmicro plasma sprayh, new micro feeder
is true to name.
The
feed principle is surface tracking as the same
as the powder feeder gAM seriesh that is active at present. Talking of image,
the nozzle absorbs powder is just like a pipette which is used for picking up
an ovum at the biological experiment. The tip of nozzle approaches to surface
of powder with using high accuracy positioning
technology
, it absorbs particles of powder one by one exactly, and it jets them to goal.
If the goal was in the plasma jet, particles of powder one by one would
dissolve rapidly and stick on the small pieces of target, micro jet would be
into action.
This
is definitely not a dream, this is present a fine target that can be easily
carried out with TSVfs present technology.
Liner powder spray apparatus
We
had a inquiry over year ago from one company in Kansai district about liner
powder spray apparatus powder which can infiltrate and disperse powder into the
surface of steel coil before it dries during winding steel coil from a bath.
The idea we proposed at that time didnft reach to bring into production, but we
really hope to put the plan into practice if we get half a chance soon.
The
point of liner powder spray is keeping constant density while jetting powder
along the course. In that case, generally you may think to expand powder and
carrier gas brought to near the goal with using the round tube by flat nozzle
as a cleaning thing. But in this way, keeping constant density is difficult. In
TSV, constant density is being kept from when powder was absorbed, powder
passes through the way as keeping the same shape as the nozzle section, and it
is jetted with keeping it.
We
believe that our technology will work out various solutions.
